Privacy Policy

What this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Written to be read rather than to be survived.

Who is responsible

Angelo Lleshi is the data controller for this website and decides why and how any personal data described here is processed.

For any question about this notice, or to exercise a right under the GDPR, message me on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/angelolleshi/). I answer within one month, as the regulation requires.

What this site collects

This website is a set of static files. It has no accounts, no login, no comment form and no analytics installed at the time of writing. It does not profile you and it does not build an advertising audience from your visit.

One thing is stored on your device: your cookie preferences, kept in your browser's local storage under the key `angelolleshi.consent`. It never leaves your browser, is not readable by me, and exists only so the banner does not ask you the same question on every page. You can clear it from your browser at any time.

Requests made to other companies

Every asset on this site is served from this domain. Fonts are self-hosted at build time rather than fetched from Google Fonts, and so are the images, so loading a page makes no request to any third party and gives no other company your IP address.

The outbound links lead to the projects I present and to my profiles on other platforms. Those are ordinary links: nothing loads until you click one.

If and when analytics are added

No analytics or marketing tags are present today. If they are added, they will load only after you have given consent for the matching category, and this notice will be updated first, naming the specific providers, what they collect, where they process it and for how long they keep it.

If you contact me

This site has no forms and publishes no email address: contact goes through LinkedIn. A message sent there is handled by LinkedIn under its own privacy notice, and by me only to answer you. I do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to me.

Where you are making an enquiry about working together, I process your message to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Where you are writing for another reason, I rely on my legitimate interest in answering correspondence addressed to me.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

To exercise any of these, message me on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/angelolleshi/). I answer within one month, as the regulation requires.

Changes

If this notice changes materially I will update the date below and, where the change affects consent, ask again.
